Eligibility
We welcome students who are:
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Enthusiastic about the stock market and financial education.
  • Excellent communicators with a flair for digital marketing.
    • Students who play an active role in various College Activities, Clubs, Events, etc., and have a good network of friends on their Campus or Other Campuses.
    • Students who like to work as per their own schedules and are willing to put in 10 hours of work over a period of two weeks.
    • Target Oriented - people who have the drive to go the extra mile and achieve the predefined targets and deadlines.
    • People who have good interpersonal skills, are good at convincing people, and are looking to pick up skills or experience in Marketing/ Branding/ customer engagement/ etc.
Responsibilities:
  • Consumer Behavior Project (B2C):
  • Gain insights into consumer behavior dynamics.
  • Engage with potential customers to generate stock market simulator subscriptions for a six-month period.
  • B2B Marketing:
  • Conduct institution engagements with directors/deans/HODs of business schools offering MBA and BBA.
  • Make online/face-to-face presentations to educational institution heads regarding B-School Bulls simulator solutions.
  • Product and Brand Management:
  • Design and launch co-branded Virtual Portfolio Management competitions for educational institutions.
  • Digital Marketing:
  • Community Building: Create engaging content and increase social and professional media platform reach.
  • Promote the concept of Virtual Portfolio Management competitions to educational institutions.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
  • Set and achieve revenue targets in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Students will be accountable for meeting project milestones and ensuring the success of marketing initiatives.
  • Students must achieve his/her basic target.

We also organize “Stock Mock Competitions”, wherein students from various colleges and universities from across the country participate and develop their dummy portfolio for 5 consecutive days. The participants are given virtual money of INR 20,000 for each day. The participants with maximum returns over this period are awarded with cash prizes.

This will not only help students in starting to invest but will also help them to understand the working of corporates and industries and how every change that is happening around them whether political, legal, social, cultural, technological, global affects the business world. This learning and practical experience will help students to enhance their critical and logical thinking ability and will help them to be a decision-maker and managers of tomorrow.
